Went into a Williams-Sonoma store in a suburban mall to look at skillets. At first all the employees ignored me while talking among themselves. When one finally approached me, he was snide and hostile, dripping with bad attitude. I don't know what that was all about. Maybe he is having a bad life, poor little dear, but one should be polite to customers if one works in a store. I left and was able to buy the skillet I wanted at Whole Foods in the same mall, a store in which the employees were courteous and well-adjusted.
